A calmer nervous system
doesn't have to wait

Three short NudgeWell soundscapes — for glucose-read moments, the day after a tough claim, and the kind of day a caregiver never quite finishes. A brief breathing space. Not a clinical intervention.

Three tracks for three specific moments

Each track pairs a low solfeggio-resonant sine base with an amplitude-modulated beat frame, layered the way guided meditations sometimes layer a drone. Nothing mystical; just gentle structure for a few minutes of pause.

For glucose-read moments

Calm Through the Carb Spike

For: NudgeWell members with Type 2 diabetes. The 30-second window after a fresh glucose reading or after a larger-than-expected post-meal number — when the body's first response is to tense up.

Intended experience: a brief grounded pause before deciding what to do next. Listening with the body rather than reacting to a number. A few minutes of steadiness — an invitation toward a calmer nervous system rather than a fix.

These soundscapes are an offer of a breathing space — not a substitute for medical care, mental-health support, or advice from your clinician.

After a tough claim

A Breathing Space After a Tough Claim

For: NudgeWell members whose insurance claim just came back denied. The most useful decisions in the 180-day appeal window are rarely the first ones made at 11pm.

Intended experience: a structured pause — before rereading the EOB, before drafting the appeal letter, before picking up the phone to call the carrier. The kind of breathing space that makes the next decision a real one rather than a reactive one.

For caregivers

Caregiver Pause: Gentle Return

For: NudgeWell members who spend their days caring for someone else — a spouse after a surgery, a parent in oncology, an aging parent across town. The kind of person whose own vitals rarely make it onto the calendar.

Intended experience: twelve minutes to step out of the caregiver role — not out of responsibility, just out of the immediate. A gentle return to your own breath, your own day, your own body. A reminder that the people who care for others need quiet too.

Listening notes: in a quiet space, headphones recommended for the amplitude-modulated beat frame. Each track has a 30-second fade-in and a 30-second fade-out so the silhouette of the listening window is gentle.

A short note on what's in the mix

Each track uses a low sine-wave base frequency (285 Hz, 396 Hz, or 528 Hz depending on the moment) paired with a slower amplitude-modulated frame in the delta, theta, or alpha band. No spoken words. No vocal samples. No lyrics. No loops the body can predict. Just sound designed for a brief window of pause.

Experiential — not therapeutic. NudgeWell soundscapes are designed as brief structured listening pauses. They do not claim to influence any specific clinical outcome and are not a substitute for medical care, mental-health support, or advice from your clinician.
