Cancel before your next billing date; placement ends at the end of your current paid period and the listing returns to the free tier. Can I really list up to 3 locations?
Yes. Each extra location you've added to your Featured Placement appears as its own card under the same specialty, all with the Featured pill. Locations must be in the United States and verified by our admin team before activation.
How is billing handled?
$49/mo is billed monthly through Stripe Checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your card is charged at signup and on the same date each month afterward. Cancel before the next billing date; access ends at the end of the current paid period, with no partial-month or prorated refund. Unpaid amounts remain due, and NudgeWell may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment or material breach, subject to applicable law. You'll get a Stripe receipt by email after every charge.
When does my listing actually update?
Stripe's webhook flips your is_featured flag within seconds of a successful payment. The directory re-ranks on every page load — refresh /find-care and your card sits at the top of your specialty with a Featured pill.
